1. The girlfriend of a black man who was fatally shot by a Minnesota police officer says the victim, Philando Castile was killed, even though he (complied) with the officer's instructions.  Diamond Reynolds told reporters Thursday her boyfriend did but what the officer asked him to do, which was (putting) hands in the air and get out his license and registration.
2. FBI director Jim Comey told members of congress that the question of intent played heavily into his decision not to charge Hillary Clinton. Comey (testified) there was no "Gross Negligence" in her actions regarding her private email system.
3. Presumptive republican presidential nominee Donald Trump met GOP leadership in Washington. His visit is receiving mix (reviewed). Trump gives it a thumbs up, although some senators said the meeting was confrontational.
