亲爱的Alex和Mike老师，助教Kelly和课程老师顾问Mike Liang.

I am writing this appreciation letter to express my sincere thanks to all of you for helping me improve my overall English ability greatly and make my dream come true. 　　

这封感谢信用以表示我对你们诚挚的谢意，感谢你们所有人为提高我的整体英语水平所给予的帮助，并助我圆梦。

To begin with, it's my pleasure to express my warm gratitude to Alex—a kind-hearted, fully qualified, and patient teacher. Honestly, I ever failed in the IELTS exam for some times, lost my direction and even felt under pressure and despair at the beginning. However, whenever I told you about my situation and hopelessness, and sometimes cried and complained in front of you, you comforted me and said:” keep trying and keep going!” With your efficient help and encouragement, I found the confidence in expressing my ideas in English and conquering IELTS exam. At the same time, I realized that our dream might not come true in one or two days, and those who stick to their dreams are the real winners, and I am a living example. Because of your help, I passed the IELTS exam and got a lot of offers from the famous universities both in the UK and Australia, and finally chose to go to the University of Melbourne for my master degree, majoring in English in a global context. 　　首先,我很荣幸地向Alex老师表达我衷心的感谢。你是一个热心,完全合格且有耐心的老师。老实说, 起初我在几次雅思考试中屡屡受挫，这让我失去了方向,甚至感到压力重重，心灰意冷。然而,每当我向你诉说我的处境和无助,甚至有时在你面前抱怨和哭泣,你都会安慰着告诉我:“继续尝试,继续坚持!“在你有效的帮助和鼓励下,我重拾起用英语表达想法和征服雅思的信心。同时,我也意识到我们的梦想并非一两天就能实现的,那些真正坚持下来的人才是真正的赢家,而我就是一个活生生的例子。因为你的帮助,我顺利通过了雅思考试,并且收到了许多来自英国和澳大利亚著名大学的录取通知书,最终选择去墨尔本大学攻读硕士学位,主修全球英语。

Secondly, I would like to express my deep gratefulness to you—dear Mike, an experienced and professional teacher with a sense of humor. Even though you were not my VIP teacher, I met you in E-say YY class. Frankly speaking, I thought you were not a good teacher, spoke English so fast and even ignored different students with different English levels in my first impression. However, after I got more touch with you, became more familiar with you and adapted to your pace and speed in class, I found that I was completely wrong. In fact, you are so professional and have your own teaching style that combines specific knowledge with humorous sense. Every class you bring something fresh new and interesting to stimulate students’ emotion in learning English. The more classes I attend, the more I fancy your teaching style and your personality. Most importantly, I feel relaxed by playing jokes on you and can learn some basic knowledge in your class, such as how to keep health and how to balance our daily diet. It is you who give me self-confident in communicating with foreigners about any topics. Besides, I have to admit that my English listening and pronunciation have been improved a lot because of your training. 　　其次,我想表达我对Mike老师深深的感激之情。你是一个经验丰富，专业而又有着幽默感的老师。虽然你不是我的VIP老师,但我们在YY课堂上相识。坦率地说,刚开始我觉得你不是一个好老师,你给我的第一印象是你说英语如此之快,以至于忽略了不同英文程度的学生。然而,在我和你有了更多的接触,对你更加熟悉，慢慢适应了你在课堂上的节奏和速度之后,我发现我之前完全误解你了。事实上,你非常的专业，有自己独特的教学风格,其结合了相应的知识和幽默感。每一节课你会带来一些新鲜有趣的内容，以激发学生们对英语学习的热情。我越参与你的课堂,我越发喜欢你的教学风格和个性。最重要的是,和你开玩笑时我感觉很轻松,在你的课堂上我学习到了不少基本的知识,比如如何保持健康,如何平衡我们的日常饮食。是Mike老师你给了我在与外国人交流任何话题时的那份自信。除此之外,我不得不承认在你的训练下我的英语听力和发音得到了很多改善。

Further, it is you—Kelly who keep me company on the road of learning English in E-say. You helped me choose a foreign teacher, especially when my first teacher—Luke was registered, address the problems and misunderstanding between my teacher and me, write monthly comments to me carefully in order to encourage me and give guidance to me as a psychological teacher whenever I am in bad mood and lose focus. Moreover, after Kelly got pregnant, Mike-Liang has become my adviser out of his own accord and his enthusiasm. You always pass positive energy to me, such as how to live and study actively and how to work hardly, and give me a hand whenever I ask for help. 　　另外,是 Kelly一直陪伴着我在E-say的英语学习道路上不断前行。你帮助我选择了一个好的老师,特别是当我的第一个老师Luke离职后；你帮我解决了老师和我之间的问题和误解；你每月认真地给我写反馈来激励我；每当我心情不好甚至分心不能专注的时候，你会像心理导师一样指引着我。另外,在Kelly怀孕后,Mike Liang非常热情地自愿成为了我的课程顾问。你总是将正能量传递给我,像如何积极的面对生活和学习,努力的工作,并且在我需要帮助的时候都能有求必应。

Finally, I think E-say is one of the most successful English training institutions and the leader in telephone calling education and service in China, as there are so？many conscientious perfect teachers like Alex and Mike and friendly course assistants like Kelly and Mike-Liang.
