Requirement:

• Education background: Bachelor or above in overseas studying (BA/MA/Doctor diploma) or working experience (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa only) is strongly preferred.
• Working experience: Minimum 2 year English teaching experience.
• Qualification: TEM8 level for applicants majored in English, IELTS, TOEFL, and TESOL certificated.
• Language ability: Excellent operational command of English, both verbal and written.
• Skills: Proficient working knowledge of computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Give Bilingual conversational lessons to students. (Bilingual teacher only)
• Prepare lessons and organize your teaching equipments in good condition.
• Develop suitable teaching strategies for different level students.
• Write period assessments about students’ achievement, progress and expectation according to the company policy.
• be responsible of students’ progress in English speaking and listening.
• Maintain the students and course records.

Other Responsibilities:

• Give level tests and evaluate students’ English speaking abilities on the system.
• Support centre social activities, outdoor classes, communication clubs, even on weekends.
• Work out teaching manuals allocated by educational research centre.
• Create homework system related to textbook teaching.
• Cooperate administrative work and projects, choose proper textbooks for extra curriculums.
• Collect English teaching resources.
