1. Residents of central Texas are cleaning up after (severe) storms and flash flooding killed more than a dozen people. Crews continue to search for those still missing.
2. In Switzerland, six soccer officials have been (arrested) in a police raid in a bribery investigation. Authorities say the case involves more than 100 million dollars in business deals tied to soccer tournaments in the United States and Latin America.
3. A former LA police officer who fled to Mexico amid (charges )he killed a man while off duty is back in the United States. Mexican officials say Henry Solis has been deported. He’s wanted in a March shooting outside a California night club.
4. The Internal Revenue Service says more than 100,000 (taxpayers) have had their personal information stolen. The agency says it happened due to a breach on its website. The IRS is providing credit monitoring to affected taxpayers.
