1. Authorities say a great Greyhound Bus (rolled) down to its side during a rainy morning in a commute in Northern California, killing 2 people and injuring 18 others. San Jose officials say they are investigating the cause of the (accident). No other vehicle was involved.
2. The supreme court has agreed to an election year review of President Barack Obama's executive order allowing about 5 million (immigrants) to work legally in the United States. The justice said they will consider undoing lower court ruling that blocks the plan from taking effect. The case will probably be decided in late June, about one month before the presidential nominating conventions.
3. Steelmaker Spike Lee and actress Jada Pinkett Smith are calling for a boycott of this year's Academy Award. The Oscars have (drawn) criticism for the all white acting nominees for the second straight year. 
4. And Thousands Russians took a dip into the icy waters Tuesday to celebrate epiphany, a major holiday in orthodox Christianity, marking the birth and baptism of Jesus.
