2. Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio is criticizing republican front runner Donald Trump by name. Rubio was at a rally in Huston when he (criticized) Trump for not strongly opposing the federal house care law, and for his view on the Israel-Palestinian conflict.
3. Apple CEO Tim Cook says it could be bad for America if his company complies with FBI and helps unlock an (encrypted) iPhone. The iPhone was used by one of the San Bernardino shooters.
4. Vice president Joe Biden is in Mexico in leading a (delegation) to an annual U.S-Mexico economic summit.
