This is AP news minute.
1. All 10 U.S navy sailors detailed by Iran when their 2 boats allegedly drifted into Iranian waters were free on Wednesday. The swift (release) quickly defused what could have escalated to an International crisis.
2. Secretary of State John Kerry met with (refugees) at the International Rescue Committee in Maryland on Wednesday. Earlier, he is announcing U.S is expending the Refugee Admission Program to help more people from Central America escape violence. 
3. South Korea is calling for increased (sanctions) against North Korea, following last week's nuclear test by the North. Meanwhile, North Korea state media airphotos on Wednesday of an award ceremony, for Kim Jong An congratulated workers who contributed to what Pyongyang was a Hydrogen Bomb test.
4. And just 2.5 years after its launch, Al Jazeera (announced) it is shutting down. The offshoot of the Qatar-based Al Jazeera cable news network will stop operating by April, 30th.
