1. The Islamic State group is committing genocide against Christians and other minorities in Iraq and Syria. That's the conclusion (announced) by Secretary of State John Kerry. He met a congressional deadline for decision on the issue on Thursday.
2. Automatic braking will become (standard) in nearly all cars by 2022. Transportation officials say they reached a volunteer agreement with several car manufacturers.
3. The country's largest Saint Patrick's day parade marched along New York Fifth avenue. This year matches a new chapter for the parade. Activists who are in (pride) yells, stood on the sideline,  protesting the lack of gay rights group were welcomed to march the parade as well.
4. In India, people celebrate Holi which is also known the (festival) of color. The festivity marches the start of spring. In Northern India, people dance through colorful powder in annual tradition.
