1. American voters are up bright and early Tuesday (casting) their ballots in the latest primary election of the season. The presidential candidates are on the ballot in Maryland, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware  and Pennsylvania.
2. The Philippine army is under (increased) pressure to rescue more than 20 foreign hostages being held by Muslim extremists after a Canadian man was beheaded on Monday. Canadian primary minister Justin Trudeau vowed his (support) to pursue those responsible for what he called "A heinous act".
3. A ceremony to remember those lost in Chernobyl nuclear disaster 30 years old was held in Kiev on Thursday morning. Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko and other political leaders laid flowers and set prayers in honor of the victims who perished.
4. Thousands of Rhode Islands are flocking to hazard's beach in (newport) to witness the carcass of a dead humpback  whale that washed ashore on Sunday. A local aquarium is expected to push it out sea .
