2. The Brussels train station where terrorists set a bomb last month, killing 16 and injuring dozens reopened for (operation) Monday. Officials said the blast didn't cause structural damage.
3. South Korean defense minister Kim Tae-young said the country is closely monitoring its northern counterpart, saying the possibility of its nuclear test. With today marking the 84th anniversary of the North Korea's people army, Tae-young added the South will (remain) in highly state of alert.
