3. The U.S marine court has released the name of dozen marines missing since their 2 helicopters crashed off Hawaii's coast. Big waves are complicating search.
4. And Brazil's (incredibly) popular carnival festival begins in about 2 weeks. Samba schools were rehearsing for the main parade in Rio de Janeiro.
