报读为期六个月日常英语口语课程的学员Zonna，在选择易说堂之前，曾经试过在别的英语学习机构进行学习，但是效果并不如李阳易说堂的明显，因此在开课不到15节，就给Marlon老师、SA-Catherine、CC-Will写来了感谢信：

I just recently decided to study English at E_Say (Liyang- E_Say Telephone English). I had been studying in other internet English school for about one week, but I think it is the best choice to study English here in E_Say. First, thanks to my course consultant Will, who’s always very patient to answer my questions before I decide to have lessons here. More so, I am so lucky to have teacher Marlon’s lessons. I really like to have his classes because he is always patient, understanding, passionate, positive and caring in our class. I appreciate when he always encourages me when I feel frustrated because of my poor skill in listening. He is a professional and an easy-going teacher. Though, sometimes I couldn’t follow him well and unable to answer his question correctly, still I was never embarrassed. Thank you, Dear Marlon! I really enjoy my lessons with you.

He does not only teach English to me, but also share different things about other western’s culture. Furthermore, I also want to thank Catherine, my study advisor (S.A.), for being so kind in helping me learns how to improve my listening skill. She is always very efficient, she respond to me immediately when I have some queries.

I will study harder to improve my English level. Now, I believe I will make a great progress in the future. Thanks to all my teachers again. I hope our skies have always sunshines!!!
