not scared to talk with the foreigners?

Last Friday, my team leader applied for one-day leave, and I was appointed his delegate for the regular work.
In the afternoon I learned that I must represent him to attend a meeting with several Americans. When I knew this news, I didn't feel nervous. I know even if I can not understand completely, I can also grasp the general idea because I have learned English in E-Say for about 3 months.
Three months ago, I was always shivering when I talk with the foreigners. Because I was afraid that I could not understand them.
Now I am very happy that I am not scared to speak with the foreigners any longer.
